I'll be working with each of you to tease out your specific nutrition formula, what will work for you long-term and based on your goal: moderation and mindfulness, stress-sleep improvement, balance and more. This course is for those who do not want to constantly think about and stress over food and the choices therein. This is for you if you want to find an effortless and easy way to interact with food daily.

This curriculum is about the building the foundation to a healthy relationship with food. This program is about healing your relationship with food, cultivating mindfulness, and listening to your body. I want to make certain you understand that this is NOT a meal plan. This course is not for people who want to lose a ton of weight immediately, or for those who want to do anything it takes to be in insanely great shape.
