Personal Training

Individual and partner sessions are designed to improve your function, build your strength, increase your endurance, and meet and exceed your goals.

I provide what may have been missing from you workouts: support, connection, and accountability.

 

Nutrition Coaching

Jess walks you through a nutrition curriculum called #Moderation365, which helps you learn your own body and how it responds to certain foods, so you can eat healthy and stress-free for good. Learn the principles and get the chance to practice them.

This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle.

Online Classes & Training

Whether you travel, have a tight work schedule, or you live out of town, sometimes you cannot make it into the studio. You still need to move. There’s a little app called Zoom® for that.
